Each tree requires a £30 refundable deposit to be added. You will be asked on the cart page to add this deposit and won't be able to progress through checkout without it.
We will collect the trees in early January. We can only return your deposit once the tree has been returned to the farm and checked in.
How would I lose my deposit?
If the tree hasn't been watered daily, is dying, broken, branches cut or damaged we reserve the right to keep your deposit. Also if the tree is not available for collection.
